Starters

Chicken, duck and smoked bacon terrine with toasted brioche, plum and apple chutney

Curried parsnip and apple soup with a cheddar cheese crouton (v)

Baked in a box camembert with olive and rosemary served with sundried tomato loaf (v)

Seafood cocktail. With salmon crab and prawn, served with seafood sauce and artisan bread

Roast turkey, honey and mustard glazed baked ham served with herb stuffing pigs n blankets and all the Christmas trimmings

Roast striploin of Northumbrian beef served with fondant potato, festive trimmings and a red wine and rosemary jus

Seared rump of lamb with a port and shallot jus, served with minted mash and festive trimmings

Grilled fillets of seabass with samphire, langoustines, and brown shrimp butter

Festive nut roast, with hazelnuts, cranberry, and roast root vegetables, served with a roast vegetable gravy (v)
